Your own personal On-line Itinerary

No matter where you are in the world, as long as you have internet access, you can see your up-to-date itinerary. 

If you lose your paper itinerary or if you have requested changes from Business Travel Limited, this could be an invaluable tool.  It will contain a full itinerary of every leg of your journey which was booked through the global system - flights, hotels, trains, ferries etc.  If you are on a long trip with multiple stops, it can really help to know whether there have been any changes or flight re-schedules.

To access your on-line itinerary, all you need to do is:

1. Make sure you have your 6 digit booking reference number available (this is an alpha-numeric number which is assigned to you at booking time.  It will have been given to you by BTL before departure and will be shown on your printed itinerary).
2. Access this (Business Travel) website and click on this link.
3. This will take you to a log-on screen, where you will need to enter the booking reference number from 1, then your surname.

4. You will then be shown your entire, up-to-date itinerary.
