Other Time Zones on your Outlook Calendar

Do you transact business with people mainly in one overseas city ?   If so, change your calendar to show that city's timezone as well as New Zealand's time.  To do this:

On your Calendar, select Tools, then Options, then Calendar Options (second row down), then Time Zone (near the bottom).  At that stage you can select the time zone you want to appear on your calendar, alongside your normal calendar (and you can even enter a descriptive heading for it).
